Booking Terms
Booking Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your shoot date. We'll send payment details during the booking process.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a fee. Full details are provided at time of booking.
Editing Turnaround
Standard editing takes 2–5 business days from the shoot date. Rush delivery may be available on request.
File Delivery
Final images are delivered digitally via a secure, shareable Google Drive link.
Models & Styling
Packages do not include talent or additional styling props. These can be discussed and arranged separately.
Usage Rights
You receive a full commercial licence for unlimited use of your images across all marketing channels and platforms.

Our standard editing turnaround is 2–5 business days from the shoot date. All final images are delivered via a secure Google Drive link — easy to access and download from anywhere in the world.
Prices include travel within the main Bali corridors: Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, and Sanur. For Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and more remote locations, a travel supplement may apply — we'll discuss this transparently during consultation.
You'll receive high-resolution JPEG files (minimum 3000px on the long edge), optimised for both digital platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Instagram) and print. Files are organised into clearly named folders in Google Drive.
Very smoothly. We coordinate directly with your villa manager or caretaker to arrange access and schedule the shoot at the optimal time. You simply share their contact and we handle the rest. Many of our regular clients manage their properties from Australia, Singapore, Europe, and beyond.
